Colin was excellent, front desk lady was very friendly. I was worried about going because I was afraid that anything he did would be painful but he was very gentle and explained things clearly. I’m really glad that I went and look forward to more visits and getting back to some semblance of how I used to be.

I give Richard Haney's family mediation services the highest recommendation! I decided to resolve a difficult family dispute by using a professional mediation service. I did an Internet search and found The Ottawa (Nepean) Counseling & Mediation Services. I called the number and from the minute Richard spoke on the phone, there was an instant connection between us! I saw Richard for 5 sessions and found them all extremely constructive and beneficial for my family situation. They were relaxed yet engaging and I found he definitely has a knack for explaining points in ways that are not overly academic but more layman style. In particular, I was appreciative when he picked up on a particular personal trait I work on. Richard was quite impressed with how I maintained myself which I found very reassuring. I was not expecting that when I went to see a family counselor/mediator. I got more out of Richard Haney's family mediation service than I expected.

Stacey has such remarkable talent. She is wise beyond her years, kind, compassionate and very very skilled in her work. I have been a client of Stacey’s for about 10 years and continue to be so impressed each and every session. She is very consistent in her approach, always comes from a place of authenticity and a desire to be helpful. Stacey has developed her intuitive skills so acutely over the years and is able to offer incredible guidance and counsel in a non judgemental manner. I have benefited so much from her counselling skills, reiki, reflexology and card reading. All of these she delivers with such friendly professionalism. I would highly recommend making an appointment for a session with her, regardless of what you think you may need I know you will bepleasantly surprised! Simply outstanding !!!!

Loved this workshop. My wife and I were able to find new ways to communicate and work together on bettering ourselves and our relationship. I've waited a bit to post this review, and can truly say that everything we learned is still sticking and we are still working on moving forward, together.

All staff members take a personal interest in your & your child's recovery, & mental wellbeing. Professional, trust worthy, they change-up your routine and keep you challenged as you progress through your therapy sessions! We utilized this service for development of coping strategies for ADHD my myself and hubby, and for implementation of emotional strategies with our son. I can't speak enough about CHM and I recommend their services to anyone who is on the spectrum or has kids on the spectrum. I can’t sing enough praises for the wonderful staff who demonstrate integrity in their work and practice what they preach.
